Customer Service Team Leader will serve as primary internal contact to Aftermarket customers. The ideal candidate will supervise a team of Customer Service Representatives to enable the order management process (from order to payment). The individual will administer a call center for orders and warranty. The incumbent will facilitate resolution of customer concerns and deductions by working with customers, Sales, Accounts Receivable, and other departments. She/he will lead Lean Office initiatives and implement standardized work. It is the role of the Customer Service Team Leader to communicate with internal and external customers regarding policies.
Requirements
5 years of sales experience
Education
Bachelor's degree

Designs, manufactures and distributes of clean air and ride performance products and systems for the automotive, commercial truck and off-highway markets and the aftermarket.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
