Large company in Bowling Green Area is looking for a Full-time Shipping/Paint Line Supervisor
Benefits after Probationary Period
$45,000
Depending on Experience
Supervisor Duties Include but are not limited to:
Time Management
Inventory control
Motivate and Organize Personnel in Department
Develops Action Plans and Goals to Complete Work
Monitoring of Information in regards to Department
Manage Shipping Cost
Personnel Management, Training, Coordination and Accuracy
Coordinates all Aspects of Shipping, Receiving, and Painting Department
Implements Continuous Improvement Activities and Cost Savings Actions
Requirements:
Associates Degree in a Related Field is Preferred
3-5 Years Experience in Painting, Shipping, and Receiving Departments
Previous Leadership/Supervisor Experience is Required
Excellent Communication Skills (Oral and Written)
Outstanding Leadership and Organizational Skills
Ability to Train/Troubleshoot in Assigned Department Operations
Mechanical Ability (Troubleshooting, etc)
Initiative and Drive
Problem Solver and Proactive Work Ethic
Knowledge of Vantage
