Production Supervisor

Our client is a diversified global manufacturing company actively pursuing Production Supervisors due to the continued growth and profitability of the plant. This 150 person employee plant has experienced consecutive years of double digit growth and was recently named by FORBES as a TOP CULTURE COMPANY. The facility would like to begin the interview process ASAP.
Responsibilities for the Production Supervisor
Lead, coach and mentor a crew in meeting safety, quality and production goals
Develop crew members for improving individual and organization performance
Continuously improve plant performance through process improvements and lean methodologies
Lead, track and improve performance on key location goals and objectives
Lead performance management and corrective action processes
Analyze date to make sound decisions and solve problems regarding production issues
Requirements for the Production Supervisor
Must have at least 2-5 years of Supervisory experience in high speed manufacturing environment for consideration
Must be willing to work ABCD schedule (6:00 am-6:00 pm) for two weeks then (6:00 pm-6:00 am) the next two-weeks. This schedule will rotate back and forth. Candidate will only work 12-14 days per month as follows. WEEK 1, 3-days, WEEK 2, 4- days, WEEK 3, 3- days, WEEK 4 ,4-days
Experience with Six Sigma methodology or Lean Manufacturing is preferred
Demonstrated success in measuring and improving production processes to meet organization goals and objectives
