The goal of the Student Resource Center Liaison is to work collaboratively with the Building Administrator/s and Staff to carryout processes that allow students to reflect on and modify behaviors.
Reports to:
Building Principal
Qualifications:
Associated degree or equivalent course work preferred 3-5 years of work experience with children preferred (Examples:
conducting mediations, developing behavior interventions, supporting teachers in implementing behavior interventions, analyzing data, resolving complex situations in a school setting) Demonstrates effective oral and written communication skills Effective communication with parents regarding student behaviors.
Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse set of stakeholders towards a common goal Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Work in collaboration with the Administration and Staff to maintain systems to ensure a positive school climate for all members of the school community Provide leadership to the school community in the prevention, intervention, and response to reports of bullying, discrimination, and otherwise mean-spirited behavior in the school Ensure the implementation of behavioral intervention/response plans Maintain confidentiality of student records All other responsibilities as assigned by the Building Administrator Application Procedure Application, Cover Letter, Resume and Supporting Credential Files should be completed and submitted via the Monroe Public Schools website, https:
