On-the-job training We are seeking an energetic and reliable professional to join our team! The successful candidate will be responsible for answering incoming customer calls/texts/emails, explain our programs to potential patients, scheduling patients, and directing calls to the healthcare team when necessary.
Our Call Center KBlend Coaches are often the first point of contact for customers' questions about our programs, so we are interested in hiring individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction, an ability to make quick and accurate decisions, compassion, a positive attitude, and a strong desire to help others.
The ideal candidate will be organized, possess time management skills, and have some experience in healthcare/sales.
Ideal Work Experience History:
Call center and/or medical clinic and/or sales.
Required skills include proficiency with:
Phone Systems Computers Microsoft Office Typing Texting/Emails Social Media
Responsibilities:
Answer customer questions via phone/text/email/chat.
Explain our programs to potential patients.
Resolve customer service issues.
Troubleshoot tech support issues.
Document support issues/calls/texts/emails.
Schedule appointments.
Communicate with customers via phone/text/email/chat.
Maintain a social media presence for the business.
Education:
The ideal candidate will possess at least an Associates degree, depending on work experience.

Full-time Pay:
$15.
00 - $20.
00 per hour Schedule:
8 hour shift Day shift Evening shift Holidays Monday to Friday On call Weekend availability
