We are seeking In-home Sales reps to help grow one of metro-Detroit's largest kitchen and bath remodeling companies.
The in-home sales rep is a core member of our organization.
This team member is responsible for the in-home designer consultations for residential customers to provide the ultimate remodeling experience.
Responsibilities In-home consultations for our customers Running warm issued leads where and when they are set.
(appointments preset by our call center) Must have the ability to close appointments on the initial visit Attend weekly sales meetings and trainings Talking care of our customers! Qualifications Minimum of 6 months to 1-year experience in an outside sales role (preferred) Previous experience in the following industries is a plus- construction sales, home remodeling sales, solar sales, roofing sales, kitchen sales, bathroom sales, or other in-home sales.
(preferred) Technologically experienced in using an iPad Ability to navigate a complex conversation to close the deal Must be able to pass a background screening Must have a valid driver's license.
Must be in good physical condition with no limits on bending, stooping, walking, standing, and ability to lift up to 50lbs What we offer Base Pay
