3.2 Responsible for identifying deficiencies in training and development for team members and is able to develop and/or capitalize on available resources to address training issues. Ensures that all team members comply with training requirements to ensure production of defect-free seats delivered on time.
3.3 Maintain a clean, safe work environment. Consistently addresses good safety practices with team members and will take immediate action should there be any safety violations committed.
3.4 Ensure all tools and equipment are in working order and that they are in place and used in a safe, efficient manner.
3.5 Ensure consistent execution of job rotation through proper management and appropriate verification.
3.6 Required lead pre-production exercises; manage full-line rotation and 5S implementation.
3.7 Maintain adherence to ODSs, QDSs, SVs and QAs.
3.8 Lead your area in continuous improvement, while accepting full ownership for area responsibility.
3.9 Perform team member evaluations and corrective actions as necessary. Initiates or suggests plans to motivate team members to achieve work goals. Proactive rather than avoidance approach in resolving problems or conflicts.
3.10 Demonstrate a positive management approach and actively participate in various meetings.
3.11 Inspect products to verify conformance to specifications and directs setup and adjustment of machines.
3.12 Study production schedules and estimates worker hour requirements for completion of job assignment. Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules. Ensure that direct and indirect labor goals are met on a daily basis through strict compliance of working to the required manpower numbers.
3.13 Recommend and implement measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.
3.14 Suggest changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of shop, department, or work crew.
3.15 Analyze and resolves work problems, or assists team members in solving work problems.
3.16 Maintain time and production records.
3.17 Estimate requisitions, and inspects materials. Maintain and adhere to departmental budgetary constraints and continuously monitors budgetary requirements with the appropriate Shift Superintendent or Manager.
3.18 Confer with other Supervisors to coordinate activities of individual departments.
3.19 Manage scrap within your area to achieve program fiscal plan goals.
3.20 Support all Quality Improvement Team functions in a proactive manner, concentrating on elimination of internal and external customer concerns.
3.21 Be 100% trained on the operations supervised.

Qualifications
4.1 EDUCATION and/or
Experience:
4.1.1 College or university program certificate preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience; and two (2) plus years of supervisory experience.
4.2 LANGUAGE SKILLS:
4.2.1 Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
4.3 COMMUNICATION SKILLS:
4.3.1 The ability to accept constructive criticism in a positive fashion and demonstrate strong people skills while managing direct reports in a similar fashion. Must demonstrate respect and listening skills. Prospective candidates should be well-versed in the company handbook and local bargaining agreement in order that they keep people informed through good communication. A strong ability to take and deliver orders.

Experience:
4.4.1 Successful candidates for this position will be able to demonstrate the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently. They should have a good sense of how to motivate others and to accept motivation suggestions from peers and superiors.
4.5 MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
4.5.1 Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Candidates for this position should also be willing to learn the use of basic statistical concepts.
4.6 REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to define problems collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables3.1 As a role model to the employees and as a company representative consistently interprets, enforces, and communicates company policies and safety regulations to team members.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
